They routinely operate from newly formed, inactive, and forfeit entities. The Flanigans are currently operating their concession trailer / food trailer scam east of the Dallas Forth Worth TX area around Wills Point, Forney, Terrell, and Sulphur Springs.
These people will take your money and deliver the shoddiest work imaginable. They will cheat you on materials and pad your bill. They manage to stay out of jail by building you something, however, it will not be serviceable without spending thousands more repairing their hatchet job.
