Christian Flanigan Underwood has ties to the scams of her father, William Thomas Flanigan, through her company United American Maintenance Services.   Despite being listed as having a forfeited existence in the public record, United American Maintenance Services continues operations by appearing on the bill of sale issued for trailers alongside Bon Vivant Corporation.

Christi Underwood’s husband, Cody Underwood, is also listed as a director of United American Maintenance Services and his name appears as contact information on the proposals being issued by William Thomas Flanigan through Bon Vivant Corporation. 

 Christi Flanigan Underwood was at one time running her brick and mortar screen-printing business, Branded Cow Creations, where she brazenly advertised counterfeit sports team and designer brand merchandise, at 705 Houston St Wills Point TX.  This is the same address that property tax records tie to both her husband Cody Underwood and Bon Vivant Mobile Life Corporation.  This same address also happens to be where her uncle Don Flanigan, owner of Concession Pros LLC, has staged trailers and lists as his company’s registered agent.
