Cody Underwood an employee of Sparks Energy Inc, has been directly implicated in the scams of his father-in-law, William Thomas Flanigan.  Cody Underwood is listed as a contact on trailer proposals from Bon Vivant Corporation.

Another company tied to Underwood, United American Maintenance Services, appears on the bill of sale for Bon Vivant Corporation trailers. United American Maintenance Services is an entity listed as defunct due to tax forfeiture whose managing members include Cody Underwood and Flanigan’s own daughter, Christian Flanigan Underwood.    

Public tax records also show both Bon Vivant Mobile Life Corporation and Cody Underwood are tied to 705 Houston St. Wills Point TX.  This address is also where Flanigan’s brother Donnie Flanigan has staged trailers for his company, Concession Pros LLC and lists the location as his company’s registered agent.
