James Stallings is a new alias for concession trailer scam artist William Thomas Flanigan.  “Stallings” operates on Facebook, Used Vending, and his newest non-existent corporate entity website, The Trailer Professionals.  The invention of James Stallings is William Thomas Flanigan fleeing like the cockroach he is from the spotlight this website and our Facebook group shines on him.  He is attempting to keep his concession trailer scam operating while hiding his bankruptcy fraud. 

James Stallings may or may not have been someone who worked for or with William Thomas Flanigan in the past.  Flanigan is pathological about impersonating former employees and business partners in future reiterations of his schemes.  In fact, his newest company “The Trailer Professionals” mimics a legitimate Wills Point, TX  trailer dealer named “Trailer Professionals”  to establish credibility.  Flanigan has had sour business dealings with Trailer Professionals in the past.  Adam Smith of Trailer Professionals claims he’s filed criminal complaints on 6 different instances of theft of both money and equipment against William Thomas Flanigan.  James Stallings (Flanigan) has also enlisted the help of his mother and previous accomplice in his Bon Vivant Mobile Life criminal enterprise, Reba Counts.
