The major life accomplishments of Reba Case include marrying child rapist William Thomas Flanigan Sr. and giving birth to a family of criminals including con artists William Thomas Flanigan and Donnie Flanigan as well as pedophile Shaune Flanagan. She is also grandmother of Christi Underwood who we have confirmed accepted payments for trailers from victims of Bon Vivant Mobile Life Corporation.

Reba Case Flanigan became Mrs. Reba Counts in August of 2017 when she married the now late widower Jack Counts, whose wife of 62 years had only been dead since May of that year.  

Update:  William Thomas Flanigan has recruited his mother, Reba Counts, as an accomplice in his ongoing bankruptcy fraud.  Flanigan continues to operate his concession trailer building scam after telling the bankruptcy trustee under penalty of perjury at his meeting of creditors that he he was out of business and currently unemployed.  We have in our possession a bill of sale signed R. Counts from one customer who received a trailer from WTF acting as James Stallings.  We have another bill of sale signed James Stallings but listing the same address that Reba Counts used when registering as a director of Bon Vivant Mobile Life Corporation.  These documents and victim contact information have been shared with both the Dallas Standing Chapter 13 Trustee and agents inside the Department of Justice.
